Occasionally I get requests from family and friends to assist them with common computer tasks.  I have found that the easiest way to help is to construct a web page that includes pictures of the items one must navigate to accomplish such tasks.  By making a web page instead of sending email, everyone sees the information as I intended; not as their email software interprets it.

I have included the web pages here in no particular order at this time.  If this section grows, I will try to organize it in a more efficient manner.  But for now, it's available for your reference "as is".

Note:    Because these pages include many pictures to show what your screen might look like, they may take several minutes to download.
