My cold is still with me but I'll be damned if I'm going to spend my final few days here lying around being sick.  I can be sick when I get back home.

It is a bit windy today, coming from the south so we head out to the north lake.  We tried trolling a bit along a weed line that produced some nice walleye for Lewie's neighbors a week or so ago but none for us.  I caught a nice bass and Lewie caught a small northern but we kept neither.  Finally the wind was too much for us and we tried anchoring near the weeds. 

Nothing there either so we headed back to the bridge and tried anchoring where we were so successful a few days before.  What a difference a day makes.  Nothing there either.

Finally we just give up and call it quits.  I spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing in the trailer while Lewie fished at the bridge.  Denise spent the whole day reading her book.

The evening ended fairly early.  We'll give it another try tomorrow.
