Today is just a short 260 mile drive. We are so happy our journey is almost over. We got started a little later but were on our way by 9:30 am. The eastern half of the state was still under construction but it didn't slow us down too much. We arrived at Ten Mile Lake around 2:00 pm. The weather is beautiful. No wind. No clouds. Somewhere around 80 degrees I'd imagine. Not too humid. It is really nice. I sure hope it stays like this for the next 3 weeks! Lewie had been to the dentist but returned somewhere around 3:30, just after we'd set up. We spent the afternoon relaxing. We are just so glad to be out of the truck. |
