Formed by glaciers with Castle Crags in the background is Castle Lake. To get there, head east on WA Barr Road from the park and make a right on Castle Lake Rd. The parking lot is just 7 miles up at the end of the road. I hear that fishing is good using power bait, worm, or salmon eggs. I don't know much more about the lake but it is pretty. |
