1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground veal
1 egg
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan Parsley Biscuits
Spaghetti Sauce
Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, veal, egg, onion, parsley, garlic,
oregano, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined. Scoop the mixture into
mini muffin tins. Bake until browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on split
biscuits with sauce and cheese.
